Cakes, bakes & treats

Q: How are the colors archived? Do you use artificial coloring?
A: Nothing artificial is used in all of our products. Our colors are archived by using only vegetables and fruits powder!

Q: What are the ingredients used?
A: We only use fresh human grade ingredients with no preservatives & additives as listed below. 

Ingredients

 Cakes & pupcakes base:

Choice of protein (chicken/pork/beef/salmon), broccoli, pumpkin, carrot, bell pepper, chiaseeds, flaxseeds and a small amount of oat groats & oats.

Cakes & pupcakes frostings:
Potatoes & vegetables/fruits powder.
(Slight amount of coconut oil may be used for names in 'bento kekis'.)

Cookies:
Pumpkin, carrot, peanut butter & oat flour.

Dehydrated treats:
Choice of protein (chicken/pork/beef/kangaroo/crocodile).

Storage

Q: How long can I keep the cake for?
A:
Cakes & pupcakes:
To be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days including order date or frozen for up to a month.

Cookies:
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for optimum freshness up to 1 month.

Dehydrated treats:
Store in airtight containers in a cool and dry place for 3 weeks, or in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Serving

Q: Do I need to heat up before feeding?

A: You can feed your pooch right out of the box! Cakes and cupcakes may also be served right out of fridge chilled or thawed. You may also heat up the cake/cupcakes in microwave or oven for more flavour and aroma! 

Allergies

Q: I want to get my dog a cake but it is allergic to certain ingredients what should i do?
A: We understand that some dogs may be allergic to different ingredients, but fret not! We are able to remove certain ingredients that your doggo may be allergic to, just whatsapp us at +65 8861 1689 to discuss before placing your order. Do note that additional charges may apply.

Self collection & delivery

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: As we're currently home-based, we do not have a physical store.

Self collection:

Q: Where are you located at and how to I go about with self collection?
A: Self collections will be at Kitchener Complex, about 1 minute walk from Lavender Mrt. Please pick your preferred date and time for self collection and we will reach out to you via whatsapp to arrange.

Delivery:

Q:Do you offer delivery?
A: We do not offer delivery at the moment. However, you may arrange your own third party logistics and inform us. We will NOT be held responsible if the product is damaged during delivery.

Last minute / urgent cakes

Q: How long in advanced do I have to place my orders? 
A: As our minimum lead time for all products is at least 3 days advanced, we may still accept certain last minute/ urgent orders (less than 3 days advanced). Do check out our last minute orders here:

Q:Do you have any ready made cakes on hand?
A: We do not have ready made cakes on hand as we only bake upon order.

Same day cakes: 

Q: Ahhh I forgot its my dog's birthday today! Can I place an order for the same day ?
A:We may be able to do same day order depending on our availability on the day itself. Please whatsapp us at +65 8861 1689 to check on our availability before ordering, additional charges may apply.
